Mission:  The mission of the Office of Strategic Initiatives is to implement long-term organizational strategies that foster academic excellence and emotional wellbeing in students through a welcoming and supportive environment for students, parents, and staff to feel valued and empowered. 

Vision:  Southeast Delco School District’s Office of Strategic Initiative will build partnerships with community organizations to support students with a meaningful education, staff with necessary tools, and families with resources. Students will be engaged through real-life experiences. Staff will have the necessary training and support to engage students and parents.
