  • Health Coverage for Uninsured Children
    CHIP provides coverage for uninsured kids and teens up to age 19 in Pennsylvania.
    CHIP covers routine checkups, prescriptions, hospitalization, dental, eye care, and more. Most kids receive CHIP for free. Others can get the same benefits at a low cost.

  • Facilities Usage Request / Outside Groups

    Outside groups or individuals that would like to use any district facility (school gym, auditorium, sports field, etc.) must complete a Facilities Use Request at:

    Free GED Classes

    and Delaware County Literacy Council
    Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday starting January 8, 2019 - March 28, 2019, from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
    Classes will be held at Neighbor To Neighbor, 814 Clifton Avenue, Sharon Hill, PA 19079.
    November registration dates are Tuesday, November 20th
    and Thursday, November 29th.

    Rain Gardens Installed at Academy Park High School and Darby Township School

    Working with specialists from the Eastern Delaware County Stormwater Collaborative and the Pennsylvania Resource Council Watershed Initiative, enrichment teacher Colleen DiMaggio and students from the district’s gifted and life skills programs installed rain gardens at Academy Park High School and Darby Township School.

    Ms. DiMaggio has created a Power Point presentation describing the installation purpose and process, with lots of pictures of the hard working students and staff.
