The Southeast Delco School District has released its Assistant Superintendent Leadership Profile, developed with input from staff, families, and community members through a recent survey.

Feedback from the survey helped identify the qualities, skills, and experience the district seeks in its next assistant superintendent. The profile also serves as a guide for the ongoing interview and selection process.
