The Southeast Delco School District is seeking responsible, qualified individuals to join its team as bus drivers and aides for immediate hire.
The district has several positions available, with competitive pay, paid training, and a supportive work environment. Bus drivers must hold a valid Pennsylvania Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Applicants with valid CDLs from Delaware or New Jersey will be considered, and the district will assist with transferring credentials if hired. No prior experience or credentials are required for the bus aide position.
“The safe and timely transportation of our students to and from school each day is one of our most important responsibilities,” said Superintendent Dr. Yamil Sanchez Rivera. “We are looking for passionate, caring, and dependable individuals to fill these critical roles. Our bus drivers and aides are an integral part of our educational community, and they make a real difference in the lives of our students every day.”
In addition to its standard bus routes, the district is seeking drivers and aides to cover special education routes. Drivers assigned to these routes will receive specialized training and will receive an additional stipend to support the unique responsibilities of the role.
