Sharon Hill’s PBIS sponsored a well-earned “Funday” for students who qualified this month! 🎉
From the moon bounce and dunk tank to games, tie-dye, and face painting—it was a day full of fun and celebration!

Safety is a year-round priority! In honor of National Safety Month, we thank our staff, school resource officers, and community partners who help make our schools secure and welcoming. 🙌

May 21 is World Cultural Diversity Day! 🌏
To celebrate, Mr. Linderman’s class at Sharon Hill dressed up in traditional outfits and brought food representing their cultures. It was a wonderful celebration of diversity, heritage, and community!

On May 22, Southeast Delco School District hosted a special event at Sharon Hill Elementary in partnership with Read Alliance (READ), the PA Chamber Foundation, and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. 📚
The event highlighted our district’s pilot of READ’s powerful dual-impact program, which improves early literacy for K-2 students while providing paid tutoring jobs for high schoolers. Many Teen Leaders returned to their former elementary school to give back where it all began. 💙
With support from caring teachers and a structured, phonics-based curriculum, students are gaining reading skills, confidence, and career readiness.
Thank you to Superintendent Dr. Yamil Sanchez and the entire SE Delco team for bringing this vision to life and investing in student success at every level! 👏

Sharon Hill recently celebrated April’s Students of the Month at their Growth Mindset Assembly! 👏

Through Knight Discoveries, we're proud to commit to providing every student with at least one field trip experience each year—because learning goes beyond the classroom. 🚀💫
