| Congratulations to Academy Park student, Aaron Kerr, who was awarded the
“Theodore Roosevelt Youth Medal” for Outstanding Performance of Duty at a ceremony held on June 8th at the Philadelphia
Hyatt Hotel. The medal was presented by The Navy League of the United States and pinned on Aaron’s chest by a four star
Marine general.

The Academy Park High School Summer School Program begins Wednesday, June 30, 2010.

The 2010-2011 school year will begin for 9th grade Academy Park students on
Wednesday, September 1, 2010. In addition 10th,11th, and 12th grade students will report or Thursday,September 2, 2010.
These reporting dates are during the week before Labor Day. Please make a note. Have a safe and relaxing summer.
