Instructional Programs
The Southeast Delco School District provides many additional programs that support our curriculum. Some of these programs are funded by State and Federal Grants while other are funded through District efforts. The administrative team is continually looking for supports that will address the diverse needs of our school community. Programs such as Reading First, Classrooms for the Future, and Educational Assistance Tutoring to name just a few, assist students in their effort to be successful in the framework of our mission statement.
In addition, S.M.A.R.T. goals established by all district staff are supported by many of these instructional programs. Using a model of continuous improvement, areas of need are addressed. Programs are evaluated at the end of each year and modifications made as necessary. Information about the various programs is available on this site.
Finally, parents are encouraged to discuss the needs of their children with their school Principal. New programs the fit within the framework of our mission and goals are evaluated, and incorporated when appropriate. Your suggestions are valued. |
