Southeast Delco School District employs over 550 employees dedicated to supporting the educational goals of the community. The Office of Human Resources is committed to supporting all employees in this mission. The Director of Human Resources and her staff are responsible for recruitment, hiring, benefits administration, and coordination of employment matters for all district employees.

Support Staff position openings are posted internally at each school, and the Educational Services Center. The local public access television station, channel 11, also runs advertisements.
