Federal and State programs are mangaed by the Assistant Superintendent's office. The office oversees the writing and implementation of most Federal and State grants. Federal Title I and Title II Grants, and School Improvement Grants are the responsibility of this office.
Parents are encouraged to check this page as well as the programs channel on a regular basis for links to the various programs available for their children. Many tutoring opportunities and parent involvement activities are listed on these two pages as well as our
home page.
In addition, the Director of Federal and State programs oversees the School Choice provision outlined in the Federal No Child Left Behind legislation of 2002.
